Kaitlyn Overman, M.Ed., LMHCA, NCC

My name is Kaitlyn Overman and I am a Mental Health Therapist working in Seattle, WA. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Washington where I graduated with Honors in Sociology and a Minor in Law, Societies & Justice. I later went on to receive my Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) in Community Counseling from Seattle University. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington (LMHCA License #MC60698765) as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor recognized and accredited by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). 

A majority of my clinical experience has involved working with women, teens and young adults in individual, family, and group settings. I have experience and enjoy working with a wide range of issues including grief and loss, social anxiety/shyness, identity development, life transitions, generalized anxiety, and depression. 

I am a member of the American Counseling Association and regularly attend trainings and workshops to continue my education and growth as a clinician.
